Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States (continental US only). No minimum purchase required!
Order Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
International Shipping We currently ship only within the United States. If you're outside the US, please contact us—we may add more destinations in the future!
Potential Delays Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or high-volume periods. We do our best to avoid delays and will notify you if anything changes.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (include photos if possible). We'll work with the carrier to resolve it quickly (see our Return & Refund Policy for more details).
